An Archaeopteryx skeleton! I love dinosaurs, and had a small collection of dinosaur books. This is from the only one I still own--it's a small book, but it's fairly comprehensive and I use it for anatomy reference sometimes. This skeleton I particularly like, because of the delicate feather impressions in the rock around it, and I thought it would make a pretty icon.



Hugo and Thomas hug! From a Suikoden III doujinshi, 'A Pocket Full of Posies,' which I bought on a whim and turned out to be long, fairly in-character, and also full of adorable art. I originally iconned this when I played Thomas at CFUD, and it's from my favorite panel at the end! Thomas has to fight Duke (big strong mercenary man) at a festival, gets his ass kicked as per usual, and Hugo and Cecile come to the rescue and knock him into the fountain by mistake. This is afterwards. D'aww, look at their faces.

When tinaeu and I were on our Xenosaga kick, we drew fanart! This was from a shot of Jin Uzuki as a bunny. Then she added in an angry carrot. IDEK.



O-oh, Trinity Blood. That's Baybars, the super-manly palace guard leader there...but it's actually not. The mangaka likes to draw omake at the back of each volume about his coworkers and publishing woes, only every coworker gets depicted as a Trinity Blood character. This guy apparently has a Really Nice Ass, and also accidentally flashes people a lot. I don't know why he let Kiyo draw him sleep-molesting a seal plushie, but the result was absolutely terrible and so I had to icon it.
